Certifications and compliance

Company certifications
Section titled “Company certifications”HAM Systems is certified to ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 27001 (information security). For a copy of the certificates, contact support.
Device compliance
Section titled “Device compliance”| Subject | Status |

| CE marking | The devices are radio equipment under Directive 2014/53/EU (RED). |
| Cybersecurity of radio equipment | There is a manufacturer assessment report against EN 18031-1:2024. All applicable requirements pass. The report is not a notified body certificate. |
| EN 12830 (temperature recorders for food) | Not certified. |

Device security
Section titled “Device security”The newer device families (serial number that starts with e) have:
- Signed firmware with Secure Boot.
- Encrypted storage of the credentials on the device.
- A unique key for each device, from production.
- TLS 1.2 for all communication with the cloud.
- Two firmware slots for updates, with a return to the previous version if an update fails.
- No open network ports by default.

Temperature and HACCP
Section titled “Temperature and HACCP”The temperature devices are used for HACCP temperature records. Each reading has a date and a time, and the platform keeps the history. See Your data (retention, export, deletion).
Calibration
Section titled “Calibration”| Item | What it is |

| Calibration certificate | A certificate from a laboratory, for each device and each measurement point. You ask for it with the order. It is a separate charge. |
| Calibration table in the app | A field correction, up to 6 points. It is not a certificate. See Device settings. |
