What is HAM Systems
HAM Systems makes devices that measure and control things from a distance, and the app where you see their readings. You see temperature, energy, water level, air quality and vehicle position on your phone or computer. You get an alert when a value goes out of range or when a device loses its connection. You export a report of your measurements in 1 minute, as PDF or CSV. For example, you give it to the food safety inspector. See Measurement reports (PDF, CSV).
HAM Systems is a Greek company based in Thessaloniki. It designs its own devices, their software, the cloud and the app.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- The device measures. For example, it measures the temperature in a fridge or the consumption of an electrical panel.
- The device sends the readings to the HAM cloud. Most devices connect to your WiFi. GPS trackers use the mobile network. Bluetooth (BLE) devices send through another HAM device.
- You see the readings in the app, at app.hamsystems.eu or on your phone.
- Rules check the readings for you. When a value goes out of range, you get an alert in the app, by e-mail, by SMS or by phone call.
- Devices with an output (relay, DIN-rail switch, thermostat, air conditioner) accept commands. You switch them on, switch them off or schedule them from the app.
